Our trees are coming in during the last week of November and we are offering 3 types of trees for you this year - the Fraser Fir, the Nordman Fir and the Norway Spruce. Our trees were grown in the Blackdown Hills, near Chard just 3 miles from the Devon border within Somerset - so as local as you can get really without growing them yourself!
The Norway Spruce has dense, spikey, bright green needles with a lovely fragrance.
The Norway Spruce will drop it's needles so we recommend bringing these trees in a little later than the others and keep them well watered.
The Nordman Fir is the most popular tree at the moment with it's soft, large, dark green needles with silvery under-sides.
The Nordman Fir has good needle holding and is a lovely soft tree.
The Fraser Fir is a narrow, dense compact tree - good for smaller spaces or where you don't want your tree to dominate!
The Fraser Fir has small, silvery needles which will stay on your tree for the whole month and beyond - it is the tree of choice in the U.S. apparently.
